High achievers who complete 25 transactions get to keep 95% of their commission. This plan is designed for seasoned agents ready to maximize their earning potential.
Initial agent package is determined by agent’s transaction volume over the past 12 months. Qualifier transaction count and commission cap reset on agent anniversary date agent is grandfathered into each commission packages upon hitting each tiered goal.
